i know i made such ransom for FUN but NOT FOR SPREADING!!!

The Files are only Base 64 Encrypted (So not good encryption)
And this WAS A TEST for Things like encryption so that i can decrypt other ransomwares but i only can base 64 for this time
and This can be a faked version becouse it can be Decompiled with dnSpy and other .net Decompile programs.
