  1. Hi Andy. This thing got into my laptop today and now I can’t access anything except my free Avira software and the Control Panel. I can’t install the GridinSoft Trojan Killer software due to the fact that I now don’t have access to any external drives including flash drives or my internet connection. Seeing that I can access the Control Panel I was hoping that a system restore would do the trick…….it’s been initializing now for more than 20min? I don’t think I can do it manually because it states ‘folder empty’ everywhere I navigate. I am not a ‘whiz’ with computers either. Can you help?

  2. Dear Luhan,

Also, in order to terminate the malicious process of Windows Premium Defender rogue, we recommend you to restart your system into safe mode with networking by repeatedly pressing F8 button before Windows actually starts up. Then choose this mode “Safe Mode with Networking”. Run scan with Trojan Killer and remove all detected items.
