Windows Detected Koobface Infection‘ is a scary pop-up which currently appears in several computers infected by adware. Another version of the same pop-up is ‘Message from webpage‘. The goal of such pop-ups is to scare users into thinking that their PCs are infected with malware and to eventually force them into wasting their money for nothing.
