Gridinsoft LLC or its suppliers own the title, copyright, and other intellectual property rights in the software.

9. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble Trojan Killer software
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based upon the software
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the software
• Use the software for commercial purposes without proper licensing
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices

10. Modification and Termination

Gridinsoft LLC reserves the right at any time to modify the content of trojan-killer.net, suspend or terminate its operation of the website and/or your use of or access to the website with or without notice. Gridinsoft LLC may also delete or bar access to or use of all related information and files. Gridinsoft LLC will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or termination of the website or Trojan Killer software, or loss of related information.
