The parasite occupies the entire area of an internet browser and doesn’t allow internet surfers to find any helpful data, asking for the money to be paid through Paysafecard payment, Ukash, GreenDot MoneyPak or other systems. Thus, the hackers want to get the ransom. You need to understand, it is a fake. Though, the scammers will claim that you must pay the fine for performing various crimes, you should not pay!
The sum instructed by ciber criminals varies in different countries. In the Germany it makes up EUR 300 within 48 hours. Keep in mind, the money doesn’t to into the budget of any US state. Instead, the funds go directly into the pockets of con artists, and there’s no guarantee that they will unlock your browser even after you pay this ransom.
