  1. I believe that I have a virus or malware. I cannot download any programs or files from either the Internet or my email. When I try I get a pop up window that says that the file I trying to download has a virus. When I click on the ‘more information’ link another pop up lists the file and the only option is to ‘delete the file list’. Can you tell me what is this virus and how I can manually get rid of it since I cannot download any anti-virus software. I am a contractor on grant writing and I am going to lose my current clients if I can’t get this solved. Thank you very much. JD Stahler
