  1. The last step says to delete the AV files and registry files, but where exactly do I delete them from? I was able to follow all the directions up to that point, but after I click “OK” on the LAN settings page, if I go back to it, the box is rechecked again.

  2. ok i deleted the thing on my lap top with safe mode with networking on. would it really be off my computer?
    and i looked in my regedit and those files i need to delete were not there were they deleted with the Antivirus deletion?
