on my true desktop i have thinkpoint and it wont let me around it how do i get rid of this damn virus?
Matt – hit CTRL+ALT+DEL and select “Task Manager”. When Task Manager opens, select “hotfix.exe” under the Processes tab and click “End Process”.
Then from Task Manager select “File” -> “New Task (Run…)” and type “Redegit”. From here you can navigate to the appropriate registry keys as mentioned in the guide above.

firstly when your pc starts thinkpoint comes
before clicking safe startup hit ctrl-alt-del
in processes tab hit hotfix.exe and click on end processes
then in application hit new task and type explorer then hit enter(only enter no clicks!!)
depending on your pc RAM
your desktop will come
then i think you will be able to have access to internet and download the software listed above! in this website!!
